May Monthy Cocktail - Margarita

In honour of Cinco de Mayo on the 5th of May we are focusing on a Classic Margarita for this months Cocktail Series


Rooster Rojo Reposado 45 ml

Cointreau or other Triple Sec 20 ml

Lime juice 1 whole lime (approx. 25 ml)

Agave nectar 1 bar spoon


1) If you desire a salted rim, rub Lime wedge on edge of glass and dip into salt.

2) Add Ice to a shaker with ice

3) Add Rooster Rojo Reposado, Cointreau/ Triple Sec, Lime Juice and Agave nectar to shaker and shake Vigerously

4) Strain into tumbler and garnish with a lime
