KAH Blanco, an expression of Mexican Heritage

Updated: Sep 5, 2023

New to Mzansi, KAH Tequila Blanco is stepping onto the stage. Joining its partners in crime, the Reposado and Anejo! KAH Blanco, like its siblings, reveals a story of heritage and ancient Mexican tradition.

KAH Tequila Blanco isn't just any tequila – it's 100% agave goodness that arrives in these beautiful hand-finished skull-shaped bottles. Picture this: a fusion of ancient Mayan wisdom and a modern twist that will make you the talk of any celebration, KAH means "life" in Mayan speak, and let's just say, this tequila is the life of the party.

Now, let's talk about style and bottle design. KAH tequila draws inspiration from the Calaveras, these are the edible or decorative skulls that make Day of the Dead celebrations pop. Each bottle is a canvas for individual expression, hand-decorated with love, that tells a story of ancient times and rituals.

The design of the KAH Blanco bottle is inspired by the Bolivian tradition of the Day of the Dead celebration in which actual skulls of loved ones are kept and brought out on November 8th of each year. After taking the skull to the cemetery, the skull is symbolically fed and given tequila, sometimes even cigarettes. Bolivians believe that this act immortalizes the dead who, in turn, help to protect the living from evil spirits.

And guess what! It's not just us who think it's fantastic – it snagged a shiny Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

KAH Blanco will be available at leading retailers soon!
